i remember blogging about this crazy aunty who can't stop screaming and yelling at me over the phone, and even ended the call by shouting, FUCKING BITCH, i dunno whether is it scolding me or the bank!
ok, so here she is today.
came to the branch.
without knowing she's the crazy aunty, i greeted her warmly and asked if i can help her.
when she sat down, gave me her IC, oh my god , i know who she is already!
so, never mind. served her like any other customers.
wow, there she goes again saying why is there a $2 deduction in her account, why like so little interest in her account when she keep it for 2-3 years plus already, wants a refund of the $2 etc etc.
so , aiya the same old standard thing i told her.
so pertaining to her question of " why like so little interest in her account when she keep it for 2-3 years plus already",
i replied, " it's because your amount in the bank is only $300, thus the interest rolled over of course won't be much."
then she went on nagging and nagging, and complaining.
so i asked, "so in that case, would you want to close the account?"
wow then the thunder came!!!!!
she starts screaming and yelling at her top of her voice!!!!!!!
you are so rude! what kind of service is this? you look down and say our money is little is it? blah blah blah.
she's just personally attacking me, just because i was the one who called her initially.
and in the first place, i was just doing my cold calling to promo some promotions which are going on, and since her balance is below the requirement, i was doing the extra service to call her to inform her of it.
I WAS DOING A GOOD DEED and i kanna scolding from her!
