It's been about 2 months into work.
Adapting very well.
A whole new level of experience.
Instead of doing the sales myself, now I'm like an insurance coach. Coaching the bankers on the soft skills , product, presentation and objection handling.

It's a whole new fun and joy.
Not only fulfilling my individual happiness but also helping a lot more to attain theirs :)
