it's the 19th. around 10 more days to end the month and i'm still stuck with 10k sales.

this is the 2nd claim of the week and probably the first time i'm doing a claim for customer.
like WTF?
one is death claim, and the other is terminal illness :(
both policies sold by my ex colleague.
