i've never never ever in my life seen such greedy and 'giam ben' customer man!!
Omg ! it's horrible.
keep asking for more voucher, more gifts, free starbucks etc.
WTH seriously is wrong with such people?
don't they feel disgrace???
from $300 voucher, deviate and giving her $500.
she still asking for 1 dunhill wallet.
then still ask whether i can go the extra miles for customer (it's a aunty btw).
i'm like" what? what do you mean extra miles?"
she said " oh , you can buy me high tea. i love drinking starbucks"
in my heart i was seriously cursing and swearing!!!

still have the cheek to tell me that whoever give her more voucher, she will go and buy from the person.
i'm like ," this is the best and the most i can give you. if others is giving you more, then pls go ahead."
she still can say " some agent will own pocket come out money to give me."
i went like " they earn 3x to 4x more comm than i do here."
she mentioned " but you have basic pay, annual leave, medical leave and have cpf contribution. the agent poor thing no cpf, no annual leave, no basic pay."
i totally can't take it!!!!!!!!!!! she's crazy!
i added " yeah. but agent can go holiday for 3-4 months without working and still getting paid! i cant. my annual leave only 18 days. i have to come to work everyday unlike the agents."
DAMN WTF la.
as i typed, the more angry i become again.
seriously la, someone pls tell me you have encounter an even worse customer than this!!!!!!!
