this week was suppose to be a healthy week.
monday and tuesday i cooked some lunch in branch,
french been with prawns + sushi, sauteed mushroom with chicken breast meat, and high fibre kiwi.








then these 2 days i turned unhealthy, totally!! hahahha
yesterday i had char kway teow for lunch, korean bbq for dinner. haha!!!
then today is long john silver for lunch and kfc for dinner! WTF. hahah!












spoilt the entire week of supposingly Healthy week. hahah!

ok! i shall try again next week.
at least 3 days of healthy food.
to feel healthy inside out.

i've been drinking 1.5litre of water everyday!!!
started this habit this year, and yeah i end up falling sick every month! hahha!!!
ok, nvm. this is a good habit, shall continue.
think it's good for the skin.
i feel the skin more glowing :)
