deniz nailz / deniz nails review!

very bad services rendered by deniz nailz/ deniz nails.
i'm bringing up the case to small claims at the subordinate court.
he is horrible!
i have 6 evidences to backup my case against him!!!


Brief summary of claim:
Bought the DenizNailz deal from streetdeal.sg on 26/09/2011 for $30.
At the beginning, it was already difficult to fix an appointment with him because he was not answering the call.
I tried going to his blog at www.deniznailz.blogspot.com and saw a lot of people leaving tags there say that they were unable to reach him as well, and some even speculate that his shop had closed down.
So I tried giving streetdeal.sg a call to enquire on the deal which I bought if it was still valid and if DenizNailz was still around.
After all the waiting, finally I managed to fixed an appointment on 9 November 2011.
On 9 November 2011 appointment was fixed at 11am,
and Deniz only turned up at around 11.45am claiming that there was a jam.
After the nails were done, seeing that his nails designs which he did for us are pretty good and after his recommendation on taking up his package, I signed a $500 package for 6 full set of hand and feet package.attaches is evidence no. 1.

Thereafter, it was almost like mission impossible to get in touch with Deniz already!
Kindly see attached evidence no.2 for the calls I’ve made to him at 92406631 and always unreachable.
Evidence no.3 showing the messages which I’ve sent to him with no reply.


After his approval of my friend request in facebook, I saw a lot of other people also facing the same exact problem as me, being not able to reach him. (attached evidence no. 4 and no.5)


When I went down on 16 January 2012 to his shop to look for him and request for a refund, he insisted that the package is non refundable, given that I had already signed on the form to acknowledge.
I understand that I had agreed to his terms and conditions after signing, but not expecting to receive this kind of bad service.
He boldly exclaims that the mobile number 92406631 is not his personal number but Aura Spa’s (his rented space from the spa salon).
When I went to ask the Aura Spa’s receptionist, she explained that the mobile number belongs solely to Deniz and out of the spa’s goodwill , when Deniz’s receptionist quit, the spa is helping him to pick up the calls when they are free.

Deniz nailz parlor has only 2 staff!
Deniz himself and a always changing receptionist.
Given evidence no. 6, Deniz had been promoting his services through many deals promotions, selling over 2000+ orders.
My question is, how does he alone handle sooooooo many orders? Not only the deals promotion, he has also been upselling client to sign packages. How can he cope! Resulting in not being able to provide good services to his clients.
