I was kinda clearing my HPs and I realise how a HP lover I was.
Gave the faulty phones to my niece n nephew to play.

Thinking about it, I used to change HP like super often n I've tried a lot of brands.
Like samsung, nokia, Sony Ericsson, panasonic, motorola, nokia, dopod. Any other common brands? I'm sure I've used them before.

Not forgotten I once bought a GEO phone too... A super tiny phone which I love a lot but the screen cracked when I dropped it.

I got a shock when I saw the receipt just now!






It states;
Geo Hp : $569.52 ( WTH!! So fucking ex for a 2nd hand phone!!?!???)
Trade in samsung phone 1: -$150
Trade in samsung phone 2: -$70
Gosh! I can't imagine paying $300plus for such a phone!
I won't spend that kind of money on such a dumb phone now.

But don't really like how the phone function.
Cause my iPhone is still THE BEST!!!!! ;)


If u ask me, every single phone I've used gave me certain memories.
My very first phone was a super lok Ericsson phone model T10 or something, from my dad. Ha!
Then he gave me 8210, 8250, 3310.

3 phones pronounced dead when I was high.
Motorola n Panasonic dropped into toilet bowl.
Samsung phone dropped into the sea last yr.

My dopod 818pro was the most expensive phone I bought.
I had this fetish for touch screen phone cause I thought it looks damn cool to own one.
Then you can use ur stylus to poke poke poke, though then I had no idea how to fully utilize the phone.
2yrs plan cost like $800plus. Crazy!
N I got my really sweet sister to pay for me n I pay her in monthly installment.
Ha! If I'm her, I'll think what the hell a 19yrs old wan such a pro phone for? Ha!
Argh! Not forgetting she paid for my first HK trip air tkt at close to $400 when I was around 18? Sooo sweet!

Many other stories of phones I used to owned.
Very fond memories :)
My iPhone would be the most awesome gadget. :)








I explored the jailbreak app , cydia, yesterday.
Had cydia in my iPhone for quite awhile but no idea what is it for.

- Managed to change to hello kitty theme
- colourful apple battery logo when phone is charging
- my name replacing the singtel logo
- changed my ringtone to usher-OMG & love the way you lie.

Long day!
On my way home.
Bought 2 dresses for casual wear and a flat covered shoes for work.
The heels n heavy bag is slowly killing me, especially when I'm most of the time doing sales.
Plus uncle said it's not good for my body.

I had this really scary nightmare 2 nights ago.
It's probably the most scary nightmare I ever had !

I just can't come to any senses as to why starhub prepaid card is so cheap, affordable n super worth it!
Can someone pls enlighten me ???

Few months ago, I got myself a prepaid card because at that point of time I needed a business line for the eyelust company.

Doing a happy star top up only cost $17 and you have to finish it's perks by 1 month.
$17 , and you get 120mins outgoing, 500 SMS and free incoming calls.

Hey why so CHEAP???

My Hp plan cost me like $50 a month and I'm only getting 300mins outgoing, 500 SMS n free incoming.

If I top up 3 times a month of the $17, equals $51.
But I get 360 mins outgoing, 1500 SMS n free incoming calls.
Oh! Not forgetting that for 3 SMS u send a day, they give u another additional 10 free SMS!

Someone tell me why starhub prepaid card so cheap n so worth it?!??!?!???

After driving for soo long, so many months.
I got into my first accident .
Luckily not with another car on the road but in the carpark with the wall! Ha
Was driving down the multi storey carpark n it was quite narrow, the hdb blocks opposite Jurong point, and the back of my car hit the wall. :(

Gotta have it repaint n fix the slight dent.
Waiting for Darren to be back n bring it to his workshop.

it was a blast Last Friday evening when I went for a preview workshop at Jurong Safra on self defense or rather, personal protection as the host IDACT Tactical Systems prefers to put it.

It was my very first time attending such workshop!!

Well, for a start i'm more of typical Singapore girl as most of you would know. Yet amazingly the tactics taught were amazingly simple & easily obtainable compared to the complex sets of techniques taught by otherwise traditional instructors or groups.
"A complete protection system includes prevention and understanding the predator Vs prey mindset as well as the emotional vs physical changes during a potentially hostile encounter.

Understanding these factors plays a major role in increasing your survival chances by at least 70 - 80% " says Coach Jason.
True enough, a simple balloon popped even in front of of our eyes scares a jump out of everybody;

can you imagine a hand grabbing you or being mugged from out of nowhere?
Coach Jason says "Each individual's personality is different, which is why knowing how to React & Response (tm) to your best suited is important."

Rings a lot of bells!
Reminds me of the different types of self defense that has most students repeating, memorizing or "mimicking" moves taught to them,
kinda familiar with what most of us know right?

It also sets me thinking if all those really would work;
I mean, if you're highly trained for years and what not,
definitely it will work for you!
Thing is, it kinds of defeats the purpose if you have to train for years before able to properly protect yourself, right?

Especially when crimes against individuals' on the rise.
Yeah, not forgetting we live in SG where the national hobby is Food Hunting piled with complacency, busy work schedules, burnt weekends etc,
all the more its a much viable option for those not so physically active/ not so into martial arts kind seeking to learn such skills for a just in case situation.


No worries that you ain't up to the training or skills taught as they are based on simple motor reflexes of the individual.
Their training program includes a section dedicated to fear management not only for confrontations & also for a enhanced daily living;
though simple as it seems, beneath it lies philosophies which no doubt will set your brain gears working about your own body/ mind.

In conclusion, the simple 2 hour preview was absolutely mind blowing!
Who knows what great benefits it will bring to the person for a full attendance of their programs! (they have personal protection programs & workshops on understanding emotions/fear management too)

Finally on bed!
Today was a super long day.
Got up at 7.
QC course at 9am - 5pm.
(Luckily I've got a yummy Tom yum rice lunch, totally perks me up. )
Went back to office after the course ended to do make some calls and do some work.

Then aunt Sharon enquire on accident plan for uncle and very spontaneously wanting to take it up.
I went down to find her at 9pm to let uncle sign n viola I've got my sales for the day!!! Broke the zero.

He helped me jailbreak my iPhone!!!!
I Dunno why, I'm a very active iPhone user but the idea of having it jailbreak, I used to be super skeptical about it.
Probably because I'm not very IT savvy thus the idea of it being JB is like my iPhone will become complicated n more prone to virus??? Haa!!!
But max helped me jailbreak using my phone itself, don't have to connect to the computer etc.
Can only be done if your phone is updated to OS 4.


I love the features of being able to download all the paid app for free!
Now I don't have to be restricted just to the lite version. Haa!
Super awesome!!!

It's never easy to be in the insurance business.
In fact I would say It's probably one of the toughest!
Why?
People run away from us, shoo from us and reject us almost 99% of the time.


But to me, the toughest thing is to be consistent n keeping my passion & dreams alive.

Suddenly I'm missing my poly days, sooo much.
Though I kinda became low profile n anti social in poly, I think I actually had more fun in poly than in secondary school.
Haaa.

Missing the;
days of freedom (it seems almost like I have all the time in the world),

going around to different school's canteen for food (business school, Mensa, design sch, engineering sch etc),

skipping classes (playing around with school rules sooo much, especially in the 3rd yr ),

doing the never ending projects ( always having group projects and having to compile everyone's work together. I'm always the lazy one in the team ha! N project researching is a pain in the ass! I love to copy n paste haa! N thinking back, I seriously had no idea how I did it. I seem to have always scrap through almost all my subjects ha! ),

traveling from Jurong to the east (when my campus was in temasek poly. Taking a can then wasn't as ex as now. From east to west probably only cost me $18? )

traveling to sentosa ( my yr 2 campus. Free passes in n put of sentosa. How cool huh? N all the Kuku us hAving to wear full classic formAl wear to sentosa every Tuesday for business etiquette class )

cooking classes( learning to cook western and serving them to people in the restaurant. Totally forgotten what's the restaurant Name haa! N having to learn to set up the restaurant tables as well, learning to be waitress ?)

tongue n lip piercing (ohh! My ulitmate fetish!)

working part time pub ( earn extra income. )

double o & chinablack ( seems like we had all the money in the world, can drink n drink n drink) ,

exploring the dilapidated chalets near sentosa campus ( extremely crazy as we tried doing it at night with torches n it's super errieee),

Deployment in sentosa attractions( I got deployed out to cinemania, 4D magix n the golf club kitchen. Each for I think a short 2months? With like only once or twice a week. Quite a experience! Operated the rides n gotten free rides. But the kitchen thing was dumb, made us go there cut n wash vege. Haa! Super free labour) ,

self designed shoes & hip-hop style ( haaa the shoe thing used to be a IN thing for us. Wearing our own self designed shoe seems cool! Ha! N my style of hip hop dressing haaa! )

Very killing extra modules ( took up arts appreciation, Japanese , French & Chinese PRX business from a whole long list of choices. All was torturous but compulsory. Arts appreciation, I had to be artistic sudd, doing art work, acting, learning on famous artists. Hs. Japanese n French was a flop! Totally had no idea how I pass my French ha! N the Chinese PRC was total madness as well. Having to translate English into Chinese in writing! Phew! )

Super horrible transcript ( totally horrifying ! Think there's no A at all. A few rare B, C are more common n so are D. N whole lot of ungraded P(pass) in my yr 3. Haaa!!! )

Freezing cold library( the library was quite a hangout place when we were doing our projects in yr 2. But it was freezing cold n I don't remember borrowing any books before ha!),

Drama-ma-ma (yr 3 was a 'legend'. I totally skipped sch like no one business. N only went for modules whereby there's no supplementary papers. Yes I was smart, so was my course manager! She looked me up n threatened to kick me out of school. Then the super drama me, made up stories to make her sympathy me. Ha! Then I even had to see school counselor, so that she can do up a report to justify that I'm really in a situation whereby the school needs to help me and give me the chance to take supplementary papers. Haaa! Unbelievable Superb acting skill I had! ),

Five stars tour ( my 6months school attachment in five stars. The attachment company with the highest pay $800. Plus amazingly there's comm for us. super awesome! Definitely chose the right company, cause it was rather slack n I got deployed to JP outlet in the later part, which is super near my place! )

Phewwww!
Finally on bed!
Today was a super long day.
Got up at 7.
QC course at 9am - 5pm.
(Luckily I've got a yummy Tom yum rice lunch, totally perks me up. )
Went back to office after the course ended to do make some calls and do some work.

Then aunt Sharon enquire on accident plan for uncle and very spontaneously wanting to take it up.
I went down to find her at 9pm to let uncle sign n viola I've got my sales for the day!!! Broke the zero.

Max stole my iPhone's virgin.
Haaa!
He helped me jailbreak my iPhone!!!!
I Dunno why, I'm a very active iPhone user but the idea of having it jailbreak, I used to be super skeptical about it.
Probably because I'm not very IT savvy thus the idea of it being JB is like my iPhone will become complicated n more prone to virus??? Haa!!!
But max helped me jailbreak using my phone itself, don't have to connect to the computer etc.
Can only be done if your phone is updated to OS 4.


I love the features of being able to download all the paid app for free!
Now I don't have to be restricted just to the lite version. Haa!
Super awesome!!!

It's never easy to be in the insurance business.
In fact I would say It's probably one of the toughest!
Why?
People run away from us, shoo from us and reject us almost 99% of the time.


But to me, the toughest thing is to be consistent n keeping my passion & dreams alive.
Sometimes you just get so drain off, from all the rejections you get n the long working hours.
The other thing that kills me is my heels n heavy bag ! Haaa!

Suddenly, my momentum seems to be coming back!
I'm glad!
BUT at the same time, I'm afraid I can't breakthrough.
Because doing the same things over and over again, but expecting better results is insanity.
There always has to be a breakthrough, something which you are going to do differently in order to achieve something better.

I somehow suddenly have my vision and goals very clear!
I want to touch and help lives!
I want to be a MDRT qualifier!
I want to qualify for all overseas contests!
I want to own a car by 2011.
I want to make $10,000 per month!
I don't want to be a mediocre!

Suddenly I'm missing my poly days, sooo much.
Though I kinda became low profile n anti social in poly, I think I actually had more fun in poly than in secondary school.
Haaa.

Missing the;
days of freedom (it seems almost like I have all the time in the world),

going around to different school's canteen for food (business school, Mensa, design sch, engineering sch etc),

skipping classes (playing around with school rules sooo much, especially in the 3rd yr ),

doing the never ending projects ( always having group projects and having to compile everyone's work together. I'm always the lazy one in the team ha! N project researching is a pain in the ass! I love to copy n paste haa! N thinking back, I seriously had no idea how I did it. I seem to have always scrap through almost all my subjects ha! ),

traveling from Jurong to the east (when my campus was in temasek poly. Taking a can then wasn't as ex as now. From east to west probably only cost me $18? )

traveling to sentosa ( my yr 2 campus. Free passes in n put of sentosa. How cool huh? N all the Kuku us hAving to wear full classic formAl wear to sentosa every Tuesday for business etiquette class )

cooking classes( learning to cook western and serving them to people in the restaurant. Totally forgotten what's the restaurant Name haa! N having to learn to set up the restaurant tables as well, learning to be waitress ?)

tongue n lip piercing (ohh! My ulitmate fetish!)

working part time pub ( earn extra income. )

double o & chinablack ( seems like we had all the money in the world, can drink n drink n drink) ,

exploring the dilapidated chalets near sentosa campus ( extremely crazy as we tried doing it at night with torches n it's super errieee),

Deployment in sentosa attractions( I got deployed out to cinemania, 4D magix n the golf club kitchen. Each for I think a short 2months? With like only once or twice a week. Quite a experience! Operated the rides n gotten free rides. But the kitchen thing was dumb, made us go there cut n wash vege. Haa! Super free labour) ,

self designed shoes & hip-hop style ( haaa the shoe thing used to be a IN thing for us. Wearing our own self designed shoe seems cool! Ha! N my style of hip hop dressing haaa! )

Very killing extra modules ( took up arts appreciation, Japanese , French & Chinese PRX business from a whole long list of choices. All was torturous but compulsory. Arts appreciation, I had to be artistic sudd, doing art work, acting, learning on famous artists. Hs. Japanese n French was a flop! Totally had no idea how I pass my French ha! N the Chinese PRC was total madness as well. Having to translate English into Chinese in writing! Phew! )

Super horrible transcript ( totally horrifying ! Think there's no A at all. A few rare B, C are more common n so are D. N whole lot of ungraded P(pass) in my yr 3. Haaa!!! )

Freezing cold library( the library was quite a hangout place when we were doing our projects in yr 2. But it was freezing cold n I don't remember borrowing any books before ha!),

Drama-ma-ma (yr 3 was a 'legend'. I totally skipped sch like no one business. N only went for modules whereby there's no supplementary papers. Yes I was smart, so was my course manager! She looked me up n threatened to kick me out of school. Then the super drama me, made up stories to make her sympathy me. Ha! Then I even had to see school counselor, so that she can do up a report to justify that I'm really in a situation whereby the school needs to help me and give me the chance to take supplementary papers. Haaa! Unbelievable Superb acting skill I had! ),

Five stars tour ( my 6months school attachment in five stars. The attachment company with the highest pay $800. Plus amazingly there's comm for us. super awesome! Definitely chose the right company, cause it was rather slack n I got deployed to JP outlet in the later part, which is super near my place! )
