Arghhh something is wrong!
Somehow the sales ain't coming in.

3rd time it happened,
Today I almost blackout while in the train going to work.
So scary.
I slowly experience the surrounding going dark and was so afraid I might shut off.
Quickly alighted at commonwealth station and took a cab instead.
Im fine, Should be because I didn't have breakfast. :)

Went to aunt's place today.
Had lots of yummy food plus did some really awesome chocolates.
Suppose to be for the kids to do, but end up the big ones are having fun with making the chocolates.

Wooohooo....
Finally managed to exchange one for one iPhone, after saying the 'correct password'. Haaa!

Well, my old iPhone has so much scratches, and the side of it has quite a gap cause I dropped the phone a few times.
I'm so lucky, I'm so happy!
Haaa!
I've got a new phone!!!! Condition is sooo good.

Hate updating the software!
The last 2 times I updated, the whole phone crushed on me.
But not afraid anymore, I've got everything back up now. :)

Haaa!!!
I'm feeling very knowledgable today!
Because I've watched 2 documentaries. Haa!
One on the Buddha boy- meditating and living without food & drinks for 10 months, in Nepal.
And the other is on the 9/11 ground zero.

While watching the Nepalese boy, I had a lot of mix feelings.
Some point I kind of believe it's very spiritual reasons making him able to meditate under a tree for long 10 months without food n drinks but on the other hand, it felt like it's a scam.
People started making business out of it and making it look like a 'tourist attraction'. selling food, souvenirs, praying, donations etc.
Then in the documentary, there's actually another similar case of a old man, now 80 years old. This one made me laugh haaa!
The old man said ' I've been meditating and have not eaten or drink since I was 12.'

Then the 9/11 film made me feel really helpless, and totally emotional Esp towards those families of the victims.
Those terrorists were totally insane.
And their state of mind are incredibly nonsensical, So ignorant n so revengeful.

Today i'm going to spread my love to everyone around !
POCC = Power over Cervical Cancer.
I would like to take this opportunity to help create awarness on Cervical Cancer, to everyone around me whom i love and care, to everyone who are reading this as well.

NO, you don't have to be a woman to be reading this.
because Men, you can do a part too by spreading your love to women around you, creating the awarness. :)

It's really a very IMPORTANT message which i'm going to share today.
Cervical Cancer is no joke.
WHY?
1) it's the 2nd most common cancer amongst women worldwide.
2) there's NO CURE, only prevention!
3) there's no symptons at early stages, so you won't even realise you have it until you go for regular Pap Smears test.

OHHH MYY GODD.....
ain't that scaring you?
Anyone whose sexually active should get a regular Pap Smears test, i would suggest on at least once every 2 years.

then the question comes : HOW DO YOU GET CERVICAL CANCER?
Cervical Cancer is when cells in your cervix grow Abnormally. and it's caused by a virus call HPV (Human Papillomavirus). HPV is very COMMON. it's normally spread through sexual activity. at least 80% of the women will get affected by HPV once in their lifetime. our body can fight most HPV infections, but sometimes our body cannot effectively clear the virus, causing the infections to remain in the cervix. Cervical cancer can take YEARS to develop, so early detection via regular checkup is the key to prevention and cure.


I've booked my appointment for my Pap Smear already!!! so have you?
it will probably cost around $40, very affordable and it's very worth it.
don't leave it to chance, we can be control of our lives. :)
