2nd batch of kimchi

Hello!!!

I just made my 2nd batch of kimchi !!!
It's super awesome!!! So much better!
Probably because I didn't use the rice flour thing.
Thinking of the rice flour as one of the ingredients, I just can't bring myself to eat the 1st batch of kimchi hahaa!
Threw the 1st batch of kimchi away yesterday.

Now my 2nd batch is just too awesome.
Ingredients are roughly the same.
But this time I didn't use leek and the rice flour.
New ingredients are pear & sugar!
Pear! Like amazing huh!
It gives the sweet natural taste n adds in to make the paste slighlty watery.
I am so glad n so statisfy!
